工業(yè)噴嘴美制螺紋NPT標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
NPT 是 National (American) Pipe Thread 的縮寫，屬于美X標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的 60 度錐管螺紋。 　　
NPT螺紋分：一般密封圓柱管螺紋和一般密封圓錐管螺紋 　　
一、美制一般密封螺紋圓錐外螺紋的基準(zhǔn)平面的理論位置位于垂直于螺紋軸線,與小端(參考平面)相距一個(gè)基準(zhǔn)距離(L1)的平面內(nèi)； 　　
二、基本尺寸：
　　螺紋中徑尺寸D2=d2=D-0.8*P 　　螺紋小徑尺寸D1=d1=D-1.6*P 　　
三、配合方式：
　　圓柱內(nèi)螺紋與圓錐外螺紋組成“柱/錐”配合；圓錐內(nèi)螺紋與圓錐外螺紋組成“錐/錐”配合。 　　
四、公差
　　美制一般密封圓錐螺紋基準(zhǔn)平面軸向位置的大限偏差為-P~+P； 　　
五、螺紋長(zhǎng)度
　　美制一般密封圓錐外螺紋好小有效螺紋長(zhǎng)度不小于其基準(zhǔn)距離的實(shí)際尺寸+裝配余量之和； 　　美制一般密封螺紋好小有效螺紋長(zhǎng)度不小于其基準(zhǔn)平面位置的實(shí)際偏差+基準(zhǔn)距離的基本尺寸+裝配余量之和； 　　
六、標(biāo)記
　　美制一般密封管螺紋的完整標(biāo)記：螺紋特征代號(hào)、螺紋尺寸代號(hào)和旋向代號(hào)；
　　美制一般密封圓錐管螺紋的特征代號(hào)：NPT 　　美制一般密封圓柱內(nèi)螺紋的特征代號(hào)：NPSC 　　例：尺寸代號(hào)為4，左旋一般美制一般圓錐管螺紋：

However, ISO and NPT threads should not be mixed. ISO threads have 55o taper angle versus 60o for NPT. The NPT root and crest configurations are also different from ISO. For ISO threads pitch is usually measured in millimeters (may be expressed in Inch).
